As I made my transition from a businesswoman to CEO of ARS Groups, I directed my efforts fully toward developing a healthcare brand built on integrity, compassion, and world-class standards. I was inspired after my own experience as a patient — and I saw what was missing. During the last several years, I have brought this centre from its very basic beginnings to a successful, professionally recognised clinic with high standards of commitment to the disability community in Azerbaijan.
Sevda Khanmammadova's journey into healthcare was forged through personal adversity. Having experienced the limitations of locally available rehabilitation firsthand as a patient, she recognised a systemic gap — and decided to fill it herself.
